Size Exchange

• No refunds or general exchanges.
• Size exchange only within 7 days with a valid receipt.

  • Accessories
  • Sale items
  • Freebies

• Item Condition
  

  • Items must be:
    
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tags and packaging intact
    

   

• If the replacement item is more expensive, pay the price difference (based on original price).
• No refund for items of lower value.

• 如等候時間 超過 1 個月，客人可選擇：
  • 換購任何價值 港幣 $30 以內差額 的現貨商品；或 退回貨品並 按付款時價錢退款。

• If the waiting time exceeds 1 month, you may choose to:
