Restock & Pre-Order Policy

Selected sold-out items may occasionally be available for pre-order, allowing customers to reserve pieces from the next restock.

Pre-order items generally arrive within 3–4 weeks, while the estimated arrival time may vary by item. For the latest restock estimate, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order.

Once the item arrives, we will arrange delivery or notify you when it is ready for in-store pickup. If there is a significant change to the estimated arrival time, we will contact affected customers and provide appropriate arrangements.
