退換政策

尺碼更換政策

  • 不設退款及一般換貨。
  • 僅接受更換尺碼，必須於 14 天內提出，並出示購買收據。
  • 以下商品不設更換：
    • 內衣、襪子等貼身衣物
    • 飾品配件
    • 特價商品
    • 贈品
  • 商品條件要求
    商品需保持以下狀態：
    • 未穿著
    • 未洗滌
    • 吊牌及包裝完好
  • 如換貨商品價格較高，需補回差額（以原價計算）。
  • 如換貨商品價格較低，恕不退回差額。

其他條款

  • ISLAHOLA® 保留所有最終解釋權與決定權。


Exchange Policy 

Size Exchange

  • No refunds or general exchanges.
  • Size exchange only within 14 days with a valid receipt.
  • No exchange for the following items:
    • Intimates (e.g. underwear, socks)
    • Accessories
    • Sale items
    • Freebies

  • Item Condition

    • Items must be:
      • Unworn
      • Unwashed
      • Tags and packaging intact

     

  • If the replacement item is more expensive, pay the price difference (based on original price).
  • No refund for items of lower value.
